Fic can be rewritten!

While doing so, I dealt with something which has long bothered me and rewrote chapter four of my own least favorite story, Vantage Point.
Vantage Point

This also bounced it from 14,376 to 14,720 words.
The changes were mostly minor but (I feel) significant. Back when I wrote it I had a great deal of trouble writing anything which wasn't vaguely depressing, owing to my own state of mind, and thus the gulf between what I intended for Theo and Erin's interactions (and Theo's level of acceptance within the Mountain, at least among non-council people) and what I actually wrote was vast and bothersome ever afterward. But no more!
I added one completely new scene and altered the material to either side to correspond better. The first three chapters still make me happy, and now I have corrected the major finish line failing and Vantage Point is on equal footing with the rest of my stuff going forward, so I'm very pleased.
