Some odds and ends
Oct. 23rd, 2023 02:51 pmIn the realm of taking leave of my senses, I signed up for HLH Shortcuts. This way I can avoid being the equivalent of Little Orphan Chipped!Spike standing at the window, watching the festivities of holiday bloodshed go on without him... Wait.
Anyway! Signed on! It's a thing I've done!
In the realm of good news, my writer's block has shown signs of fading since my last post (not on my main project, but other stuff is actually working for me - I've got two thousand words I didn't have before), and now I have no choice but to write something before the year is out. The fest has a five hundred word minimum and I suck at brevity anyway, so I'm telling myself not to panic. It will be good for me. Plus, it's Highlander! I can do this.
In the realm of annoyance, Hulu now lists Stargate Atlantis as expiring in nine days and I'm only halfway through season one. I guess I don't watch TV fast enough.
